30th Annual <strong>Dallas</strong> <strong>Rhinoplasty</strong> <strong>Symposium</strong>Who Should AttendThis symposium is designed for and limited to the plastic surgeonor otolaryngologist who would benefit from a refresher course inthe anatomy and fundamentals of rhinoplasty. The didactic coursewill provide an update on specific aspects and problems of rhinoplasty.Registration is limited.Purpose and ContentThe symposium is designed to take the participant from the basicfundamentals of rhinoplasty through the latest refinements and advancementsin technique. It will consist of didactic lectures, cadaverdissections, panel discussions, question-and-answer periods, andevening DVD sessions. An anatomic nasal dissection DVD will beprovided to all participants registered for the anatomy laboratory.Participants will observe experienced surgeons demonstrate advancedclosed and open rhinoplasty techniques via unedited videotaped surgery.Participants may directly engage in questions and answers with thesurgeons.Educational ObjectivesAt the end of the anatomy laboratory, the attendees should be able to:n Identify problems in nasal anatomyn Perform basic rhinoplasty maneuversn Apply basic rhinoplasty techniques to their practiceAt the end of the didactic course, the attendees should be able to:n Clinically analyze and diagnose common and subtle rhinoplastyproblemsn Identify the appropriate rhinoplasty techniques for specificrhinoplasty problemsn Develop an individual approach to rhinoplastyRegistrationRefer to registration form for fee schedule.The registration fee includes continental breakfasts, coffee breaks,lunches, and a Saturday evening reception. Anatomy lab participantswill receive an anatomic nasal dissection DVD during registrationat the hotel.
