We believe that;• Governance and administration is dominated by a few individuals.• Many laudable projects have been sacrificed on the altar of vested-interests.• Distributions of infrastructure projects have been concentrated in certain areas to the detriment of other areas.We will pursue Entrepreneurial Governance, in which the role of the government is to prioritise policies, providedirection, monitor and regulate; while the private sector and the community will be entrusted with delivery.FLAGSHIP POLICIES• We will ensure a transparent public procurement process through full public disclosure of the tenderingprocesses• We will grant greater autonomy to local government administration and ensure they are a true agent ofgovernance35
