ActXXI of 2003), read with rules 22 and 23 of the West Bengal Panchayat Election Rules, 2006, I, the District PanchayatElection Officer and District Magistrate of the of North 24 Parganas, as the prescribed authority appointed by the StateGovernment in the Department of Panchayats and Rural Development under notification No. 5316/PN/O/1/1A-3/2010dated 01.07.2010 for the purpose of rules 22 and 23 of the said rules, hereby determine, after previous publication of thedraft of this order as required under the said rules for the Grams specified in column (1) of the schedule below, the totalnumber of members, Scheduled Castes members, Scheduled Tribes members, Backward Classes members and womenmembers to be elected to such Gram Panchayats specified in the corresponding entries in columns (2a), (2b), 2(c), 2(d) and2(e) respectively, to divide the area of the Grams into constituencies with serial numbers assigned to them specified in thecorresponding entries in column (3), to allocate to each such constituency seat or seats specified in the correspondingentries in column (4), seat or seats reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or the Backward Classes personsspecified the corresponding entries in column (5), and seat or seats reserved for women specified in the correspondingentries in column (6) of the schedule.Signature of the Prescribed Authority
