So what’s the story behind the name, I suppose
there’s something to do with toes?
Actually, the name Selittoes is a derivation of
the words “Seven Light Shoes”. “Seven” means
seven colors of the rainbow, which means Selittoes
has wide varieties of colors, design, and
types. “Light” is a symbol of consciousness. With
consciousness, we’re going to be really aware of
good and bad things for building a business and
selecting employees, craftsmen, and quality of
shoes. In an abundance of light, we can also see
the beauty of colors and love in Selittoes.
That is related to our customers. We can see
many customers who love varieties of colors and
designs in our shoes. They love “Selittoes”, and
at the end, they will be our loyal customers.
How did it all begin?
Selittoes is a 100%-handmade local brand established
by two bestf riends who are deeply in love
with various kinds of shoes (flats, loafers, moccasins,
clogs, heels, wedges, and also boots). We
started by flipping through fashion magazines
and looking at all kinds of pretty shoes to lift up
our mood.

Then we collected pictures and photos of shoes
in a scrap book for our own inspiration.
Is there any particular concept that Selittoes
use?
CUSTOM-MADE SHOES. Yes. We present to
customers to be as creative as they wish, both in
terms of material, height and color.
Who do you see wearing Selittoes?
For those who care about the importance of
style/appearance, young, stylish, and like something
different!

WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON THE LOCAL FASHION SCENE?
Local fashion scene talks about people who contribute
to the creation of local fashion products, the
people who play an important role in the fashion
and bring positive energy to local creativity that
makes local fashion get better day by day. People
are always challenged to make fashion constantly
evolving and exciting for everyone.
The challenge is more highlighted in the product,
which has to be unique, interesting, and creative.
And the most important thing in the creation of
products that it is made by local designers themselves.

Our collection is inspired
by our customers
themselves. We
design our shoes with
our customers needs
in mind. That is why
we offer wide varieties
including everything
from ballerina flats,
loafer, to cute flatform/
platform wedge shoes
to sexy pump heels,
and etc.
