After a thoroughinvestigation, the two defendantspleaded guilty and received substantialprison sentences.North <strong>County</strong> BranchThe North <strong>County</strong> Branch serves about one third of<strong>San</strong> <strong>Diego</strong> <strong>County</strong>’s population—some one millionresidents.
