Acme Ultimate bushings are Ti tanium
Nitride (TiN) coated for longer life.
Ti ta nium Nitride coated bushings have a
hard ness of 82-85 RC. This in crease in
sur face hard ness means the bushings can
stand the abrasive wear of tools and chips
for much longer periods of time and are
less brittle than carbide bush ings.
