Panorama, albumen photographmeasuring 18 x 142cm, in five sections joined, on handtitled backing card with topographical captions, in originalwooden frame, lacks glass, a few small scratches with loss,but overall in very good condition. A rare and very largepanorama of Kalgoorlie, six years after founding of thetownship. The extensive mine works are a vivid indicatorof the wealth discovered during this boom time in WesternAustralia. Little is known of the photographer, apart that hecompleted a similar panorama of Coolgardie.
