Delivery Terms & ConditionsIn these conditions of Sale “The Seller” is NDT Equipment Services LtdCarriage & InsuranceInspection equipment is fragile; therefore, occasional damage during transit is possible.All items sold are EX - WORKS in GB Pounds, other currencies on request.We do not insure goods whilst in transit unless specifically requested to do so by you thecustomer.Goods that are ordered and dispatched without insurance immediatelybecome the customer’s responsibility; “the seller” is not in any way liable for uninsuredgoods. Please ask for an insurance quote when you place yourorder.Claims:a) Any consignment not delivered within 14 days of the date on “the seller’s” invoice mustnotify “the seller” in writing.b) We recommend that when you sign the carrier’s delivery note you mark the items as,“NOT INSPECTED”.c) We advise that you inspect your goods immediately after delivery toensure that all parts are present and correct. Any damage or missing parts must beadvised to both “the seller” and carrier in writing within 3 days of receipt, pleaseensure that the goods, all outer casings and other wrappings are available forinspection by “the seller” or theirrepresentative, you will also need to be in possession of your delivery note marked“NOT INSPECTED”.d) “The seller” will not accept returned goods unless a prior written agreement has beenmade between “the seller” and the customer.
