IMCOM E&CAccomplishments:• Developed an OPORD directing the Garrison Commanders (GC) toexecute instructions for the Existence and Completeness Audit.• GC’s required to review, validate, and document 20% of their capitalequipment per quarter for the next 5 quarters.In progress:• Garrison Commanders required to send a report that the 20% reviewand validation was completed along with a list of the equipmentreviewed.
