It is not possible to translate theSpeech of Allaah into another language.Thus the reader might find that some of the names of Allaah have similar or clo<strong>se</strong> meanings !This is so becau<strong>se</strong> ;1. The<strong>se</strong> are translations of meanings and not actual translations or explanations of the arabicnames .2. Arabic is a pure , vast , deep language which takes a life time to master ; while english is’ntso . Thus some completely different words in arabic might appear to be same , after beingtranslated.And this shows the importance and obligation of learning the language of The Qur’aan , andputting and end to dependance on translations!
