h) The promotion is without prejudice to the claim of other Constables whose formal order for
promotion to the rank of HC/GD are being issued separately. Their inter-se-seniority will be in
order of panel drawn by the DPCs.
,. The Unit-Commandants (Appointing Authority) will issue Unit Service Order Part-l indicating the
P"'iU1SL l\Jumber of Constable/Lance Naik and date of promotion/Assumption of charge in the rank of
Head Constable/OD and will invariably forward copies of the S.O. Part-I' to this HQrs (Estt.l/Estt-ll and
f ech \1ranch ). In the promotion order, it may be mentioned that Govt. Servant has to exercise the option
