Was a founding shareholder and Managing Director ofStaten Bank Holland NV in The Hague from 1976 to 1989 and was the President of AR GroupLimited, in Monaco, for over 20 years, where he was involved in corporate and mining finance. Presentinvolvement is in the life insurance and investment industry in Cape Town.Was an investment manager with Fidelity International and MGM Assurance prior to joining what isnow Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited in December 1985.
