The available 4” or 6” pilot auger uses a direct drive system. A 40” digging depth is controlled by a piggybacked pair of 2" x24" hydraulic cylinders. The pilot auger mounts to the mast, taking advantage of its 4-way tilting capabilities thereby achieving easypost alignment without interfering with the post pounder operation. Available for use with all models as a non-self contained unit to bepowered off tractor or skid steer hydraulics.
