The full set of guidelines are posted inthe Policies & Procedures Manual and are viewable on the Eastern Region Website www.AWSAEast.orgThere are three types of Eastern Region records:1. Class C & Above which records can be set in Class C, E, L, & R tournaments, the new Class E, L & R Tournament Records, andRegional’s Tournament Records. (Full explanation on the website.)2. E,L,R records are the highest known E, L, & R scores.3. Regional Tournament Records are all provisional & are compiled from Eastern Regional’s scorebooksRecords will not be approved for “turn and burn” performances. I.e., if a skier elects to ski his/her final round immediately upon completionof the current round and if a Regional record is exceeded in that final round, that final round performance is not eligible to become a Regionalrecord.All Eastern Region record application submissions (except the Eastern Regional Tournament records) are the responsibility of the skier.Applications should be forwarded to the Eastern Region Technical Committee c/o Chip Shand, 3754 Tennis Court, Falls Church, VA, 22041 oremailed to him at slalom@cox.net.
