Look at yourparish and build your Generous Hearts Team to reflect thepeople who are part of it: youth; young adults (single andmarried); adults (single and married); older adults; ethnicand cultural groups (those currently represented and thosewho are in the pews but may not be involved); male andfemale. In other words, include everyone! Then, your teamwill be ready to consider your community’s needs and thehopes you have for your parish through the Shaping ParishLife process.Parishes Come in All Shapes and SizesEvery parish has its own distinct rhythm, with elementsthat constitute life within the faith community for itsparishioners.
