Ethics ViolationsIntraHealth is committed to ethical practice across the organization and takes swift,fair, and appropriate action in response to violations of the Code. The consequencewhen an employee or Board Member violates the Code will be commensurate withthe seriousness of the situation, and will involve the most senior individuals within theorganization relevant to the given infraction. Violation of any of our standards andpolicies may result in disciplinary action that can include dismissal and/or legal action.Amending and Updating the CodeIntraHealth reserves the right to amend or alter this Code as it deems appropriate.
