He has been creating art sinceelementary school, and says, “Wherever I go,I see art or I turn the image I see into art.”Honorable Mention: “Morning Glory”“Love”ing HandLaura MasuiccaLaura Masuicca, 44, is attending Onondaga Community College forHuman Services and is concentrating on American Sign Language(ASL). A worsening back injury prompted her to return to school.The inspiration for ““Love”ing Hand” comes directly from Laura’s signlanguage class. The ceramic hand is positioned in the sign meaning “ILove You,” in ASL.14
