There are no schoolsin their area of the Khan al-Ahmarat that time. Despite being outsidethe Wall and quite a distance awayfrom it, the occupation forces’coercive policy has come to affectedJamileh and the entire community. The Relocation Plan, communicatedby the Civil Administration willserve to displace Jamileh’scommunity (in addition to tens ofother communities) to an area closeto the dump of the Jerusalemmunicipality in the village of AbuDees. This “relocation”will serve to deprive these alreadymarginalized communities of theirmost basic right, that of living adignified life. In November of 2011,the Civil Administration issued ademolition order against Jamileh’smodest tent, which is alreadylacking in basic amenities. JLACadopted her case and brought itbefore the Israeli High Court.JLAC’s attorneys may succeed infreezing the demolition order for awhile, but the demolition may becarried out in the future. During thepreparation of this report, JLAClearned that the community inwhich Jamileh lives, as well as otherneighboring communities, receiveda new kind of notifications from theoccupation Civil Administration.Plans were communicated ofdeveloping an additional segment tothe Annexation Wall around the cityof Jerusalem, which will come topass through the lands which hercommunity inhabits.reform, community awareness, andadvocacy, among otherinterventions.
