CONNECTING YOUR INTERESTS AND EDUCATIONFIELDS OF STUDY, TRACKS, CERTIFICATES, ANDCROSS-REGISTRATIONFields <strong>of</strong> study are the basic building blocks <strong>of</strong> your education <strong>and</strong> they provideyou with depth in a particular area. each field consists <strong>of</strong> a group <strong>of</strong> relatedcourses specific to a particular topic or geographic area. Though not required, LLMc<strong>and</strong>idates are able to further specialize by adding an international law track.<strong>Fletcher</strong>’s certificate programs allow you to complement the MaLD, Ma, orphD degree with further specialization in an area <strong>of</strong> particular interest to you.each certificate provides a guide to course selection <strong>and</strong> research <strong>and</strong> requires arelated internship experience <strong>and</strong> a capstone project.
