4. OPERATION: HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT THE ER6 ERROR CODE ON CONTROLLER<br />
ER6 appears<br />
on touchpad<br />
Have you recently<br />
changed the water?<br />
Ensure that an<br />
adequate amount<br />
of water is in the<br />
spa, if not the pump<br />
may suck in air<br />
causing an airlock.<br />
Re-set spa by<br />
simultaneously<br />
pressing: up, down,<br />
pump buttons, ER6<br />
should disappear.<br />
Ensure all jet faces<br />
are in the ‘open’<br />
position. Turn pump<br />
onto speed 2.<br />
Leave running and<br />
repeat if necessary.<br />
Has ER6 message<br />
disappeared?<br />
Remove filter, inspect<br />
and clean or replace<br />
as necessary.<br />
Re-set spa by<br />
simultaneously<br />
pressing: up, down,<br />
pump buttons, ER6<br />
should disappear.<br />
If problem re-occurs,<br />
check the water<br />
pressure from jets;<br />
is the pressure<br />
uniform and strong<br />
through all jets on<br />
both pump speeds?<br />
