Local initiatives support coalition
Philadelphia LISC
implemented the
Philadelphia Commercial
Corridor Redevelopment
Initiative (PCCR), adding an additional
partner, the Girard Coalition, to the original
eight CDCs. In less than three years, more
than 30 new <strong>businesses</strong> and 150 jobs have
been created during the completion of this
economic redevelopment project. Additionally,
the State and city committed $2.2
million for complementary capital improvements
