Thetriathlon included a 2 km (1.3-mile) bike ride, a 129-meter(.08 mile) “roll,” in which participants could roller blade,skateboard or ride their scooter, and a 2 ¼ km (1.4 mile)run.The middle school is able to host the event thanks to agrant from the Dairy Council and numerous sponsors.Glenwood Middle School 7th & 8th GradeJazz Bands Perform at DanceThe Glenwood Jazz BandDance was held Saturday,April 27, and featured thehigh school’s jazz band andmiddle school’s 7th and 8thgrade jazz bands. The 7thgrade band played: What’sYour Problano?, Minnie theMoucher, Sway, The FinalCountdown, and Free Bird.The 8th grade played: CrazyTrain, Hawaii Five O Theme,Pink Panther Remix, Livin’ LaVida Loca, and Forget You.Online Registration Begins in JulyOnline registration for all Ball-Chatham schools will be held July 16-31. Walk-in registration is scheduled for August 1, from 3 to 6 p.m.
