The Main TextAuthors are encouraged to have their contribution checked for grammar. Americanspelling should be used. Abbreviations are allowed but should be spelt out in fullwhen first used. Integers ten and below are to be spelt out. Italicize foreign languagephrases (e.g. Latin, French).The text is to be typeset in 10 pt roman, single spaced with baselineskip of<strong>13</strong> pt. Text area (excluding running title) is 5 inches (30 picas) across and 7.8inches (47 picas) deep. Final pagination and insertion of running titles will be doneby the publisher. Number each page of the manuscript lightly at the bottom with ablue pencil. Reading copies of the paper can be numbered using any legible means(typewritten or handwritten).3. Running HeadsPlease provide a shortened runninghead (not more than eight words) for the titleof your paper. This will appear on the top right-hand side of your paper.4. Major HeadingsMajor headings should be typeset in boldface with the first letter of importantwords capitalized.4.1. Sub-headingsSub-headings should be typeset in boldface italic and capitalize the first letter ofthe first word only. Section number to be in boldface roman.4.1.1. Sub-subheadingsTypeset sub-subheadings in medium face italic and capitalize the first letter of thefirst word only. Section numbers to be in roman.4.2. Numbering and spacingSections, sub-sections and sub-subsections are numbered in Arabic. Use double spacingbefore all section headings, and single spacing after section headings. Flush leftall paragraphs that follow after section headings.4.3. Lists of itemsLists may be laid out with each item marked by a dot:• item one,• item two.
