Site Interface ManagementThe exchange of mission support programs andservices among NNSA/DOE contractors and tenantentities at Savannah River Site:– Managed by the M&O contractor– A cooperative effort among all affected parties No tenant is an island– Structured, disciplined, predictable and efficient– Clearly described by well-documented interfaceprocesses, procedures, and agreements– Characterized by a formal issue resolution processthat is managed at the contractor level4


M&O Interface ObligationPer an H Clause, SRNS has a contractual responsibility to:– Provide specified site services to DOE-SR, NNSA andother site tenants– Provide program ownership for <strong>SRS</strong> site-wide programs(e.g. Nuclear Criticality, ISMS, EP, NPDES, NEPA, SolidWaste Mgmt)– Manage all interfaces related to site support servicesFailure to perform these duties may result in a reduction oftotal fee awarded in any given performance period5
