This coordination is also expected to includeactive participation in <strong>the</strong> PE PFAR care and support and treatment technical working groups(TWG).As outlined above, given <strong>the</strong> importance <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> WHO/ IMAI Project, <strong>the</strong> strong results achieved by<strong>the</strong> WHO/ IMAI, and <strong>the</strong> endorsement by <strong>the</strong> Office <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Global AIDS Coordinator (OGAC) tointegrate <strong>the</strong> WHO/ IMAI into <strong>the</strong> E thiopia Country Operation Plan (COP) for Year 1, USAID/ Eextended <strong>the</strong> WHO/ IMAI through <strong>the</strong> PE FAR planning period <strong>of</strong> FY2009, subject to continuedavailability <strong>of</strong> funds and satisfactory performance. The emphasis areas for this extension period aretraining and supportive supervision.
