AUDITORS :M/s B. Chhawchharia & Co., Chartered Accountants, Nagpur retires at the conclusion ofthe ensuing Annual General Meeting and are eligible for re-appointment. The Companyhad received the Peer Review Certificate from M/s B.Chhawchharia & Co, issued by theInstitute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI), as it is mandatory for the statutoryauditors to hold peer review certificate for carrying out audit of the listed companies.APPOINTMENT OF COST AUDITOR :The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide its circular dated 2 nd May , 2011 mandatedall the Listed Companies to get its cost accounting records audited by the Cost Auditorwho shall be the Cost Accountant, holding valid certificate of practice under theprovisions of Cost & Works Accountant Act, 1959.In this context the Company has appointed M/s Rakesh Misra & Co, Kanpur, CostAccounts, for undertaking cost compliance for the Financial Year 2011- 12.
