This presentation will illuminate the effectiveness of Online and Hybridmodels as measured by: 1) EFL (Educational Functioning Level) gain, 2) Retention (defi ned as number ofstudents pre/and post-tested, 3)Persistence (staying enrolled and obtaining a certifi cate. Utilizing your students and collaborating with local professional MI/SA providers,you can adapt this model to your own needs and resources. Two instructors and one counselor offer bestpractices for reducing stress and increasing success.
