The dispute was with the cargoreinsurers, in respect of non-payment of a claim for substantial loss of the cargo.• Acted for the Iranian Offshore Engineering & Construction Company, who were buyers of anoil drilling jack-up rig. A dispute arose in the performance of the contract for sale & purchasewith the owners / sellers of the oil-drilling jack-up rig / vessel.
