Venue Description
Rents quoted here include Fringe programme entry charge and
PR/marketing help.
Big Room: max rent in week 3 is £2 per seat to hire down to £1.80 in
week 1; further discounts may apply. 235 raked bleacher seats (after
PA desk is installed). Flat floor stage approx 9m x 9m (one of the
bigger Fringe stages); no backstage. Professionally operated PA;
lighting grid. Two large dressing rooms off stage-left with showers,
toilets. Lovely people to work with! :)
Back Room: Max rent is £2.70 per seat (£135 ); discounts may be
available. 50 seats on flat floor. Stage approx 2 m deep x 4 m wide,
above stage approx clearance 2.5m; no backstage. 8-channel self-op
PA; x2 pairs fixed spots either side of stage.
Disability Access
Assistance dogs welcome. Staff equalities trained.
Wheelchair access to St Bride's is by a ramped entrance to the
cafe/bar. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet to the rear of the
building and at the rear of the cafe/bar.
Big Room has an induction loop and is fully accessible to wheelchairs
but since there is limited space advance notice is welcomed (please
call 0131-346 1405).
There is, however, no wheelchair access to Back Room since this
space is down 4 steps.

Programming
Venue runs Monday 6 to Sunday 26 August 2012 (inc) 10am to
midnight daily, fully licensed. Mostly music
(folk/roots/acoustic/world/jazz) in the evenings, but drama, comedy,
dance might be accommodated throughout the day/evening as well,
depending on what else is happening.
