Motion made by Maury Sullivan; seconded by Allison Bussler, to approve the minutesfrom the April 14, 2005 meeting.Motion carried.2. Comments – Reports, Allison Bussler, Susan Connolly, Andrew Thelke – Purchasing.a. Budget – the county would try to fund $50,000. We are still seeking grantmonies.3. Phasing? Tom Hennen passed out a report on RFP. He will send to members notpresent.First stage RFP for a consultant to review the picture, second phase – separate findingphase.a. Outcome/time frame – will take more time.1. Finance Committee2. Executive Committee.b. Establish an RFP Committee? Mareth Kipp, Tom Hennen, Susan Connelly?4. Tom Hennen - Report; Dane Co. yes they have money but we want more information onthe process. ($40,000). Milwaukee Co.; probably not (Ask T.
