There was a possibility of getting this done withintwo days.• Initiate an appeal on the judgment of the Land Tribunal. Arguments can be madeagainst the case being out of time and this could be condoned. This could be filedwithin two weeks.• Seek to publicize the Royal Foundation of Zambia and coordination committeeefforts to resolve the case. COHRE expressed their interest in this role especiallyfocusing on the international media.A final consensus was reached on that the first option of involving the Royal Foundationof Zambia be used before litigation.Responsibility: A coordination committee will be set up comprising of JWOP and WLSAto monitor and follow through the process, basically driving the process and avoiding anyhuge time delays.28
