This version of the MZEU-K CamClutch comes as a combination ofa basic type clutch, an E3 torquearm and an E4 cover, each onepacked and supplied as an individualpart set.Each part set is delivered with aflange kit consisting of bolts,grease nipple, locker set screwand seal plug. The E3 kit comeswith a an extra pin and set screw.See drawing and table above no.9 & 10.2. Check the direction of rotationbefore assembling, then mountboth flanges making use of theflange kit.3. Before mounting the sizes MZEU90 - MZEU150apply the sealing adhesive, included with the partsets, between body (outer race surface) and theinstallation and usage -Installation example 4.optional part, to prevent leakageof oil during operation.4. For the sizes MZEU12-K up toMZEU80-K assemble the shaftend plate onto the shaft beforeclosing with the E4 cover. Referto installation example 4.5. Before mounting the E4 cover onModel MZEU90 up to MZEU150,packing should be fitted betweenthe end surface of the innerrace and the surface of theend plate, using sealing, washerand bolt(s). Refer to installationexample 4.6. When installing the optional parts in the oppositeway the direction of the clutch’s rotation canbe changed.7. Refer to page 10 for other usage indicators andfurther advise.

Insert the Cam Clutch into the appropriateunit (gear, sprocket,pulley etc.). We recommend a toleranceof H7 for the bore size.Fix the key and close the unitwith the second E5 flange, makinguse of the flange kit.5. MZEU-K clutches with E5 and E5flanges can be used in both rotationdirections.6. For high speed indexing applications(over 50 c/min) strongsprings are recommended andcan be supplied accordingly.7. Refer to page 10 for other usageindicators and further advise.
