FEE STRUCTURE<strong>The</strong> <strong>School</strong> fees are taken in three installments. Details of the fees are available as aseparate leaflet attached to the prospectus.<strong>The</strong> rules for withdrawal of a student are in many ways linked with the payment of fees.<strong>The</strong>se rules are also available in the leaflet attached to the prospectus.<strong>The</strong> Board of Governors reserves the right to increase the fees as well as modify the terms andconditions of its deposit any time, even after the registration of the student.SCHOLARSHIPSIn order to promote academic excellence, the <strong>School</strong> provides financial support tomeritorious and needy students. <strong>The</strong> merit takes into account mainly the academiccompetence of the students along with excellence in games, sports and co-curricularactivities. Scholarships are available to students on roll and also to new entrants. <strong>The</strong> finaldecision to award any such scholarships is taken by the <strong>School</strong> Management.Special scholarships are granted to the students as they graduate from Class X to Class XI,purely on the basis of their Class X Board Examination performance. However, no part ofthe student’s personal expenditure is covered by the Scholarships.<strong>The</strong> Principal is authorised to keep a scholarship position vacant for any year if in hisopinion no suitable candidate is available for that year.Any scholarship can be withdrawn or suspended if the recipient is found lacking inacademic progress or <strong>School</strong> discipline, at the sole discretion of the Principal. His decisionis final in this regard and binding on all such candidates.TRAVEL HOME AND BACK<strong>The</strong> <strong>School</strong> makes travel arrangements for boys returning to <strong>School</strong> after vacations andgoing home at the end of the term. Different parties, under the care of <strong>School</strong> staff areformed to escort the students. Parents/Guardians are informed of the date and time oftravel well in advance. Although all precautions are taken, the <strong>School</strong> or individual membersof staff will not be held responsible for any eventuality during travel due to unforeseencircumstances.CHANGE OF ADDRESS<strong>The</strong> parents/guardians are requested to inform the <strong>School</strong> immediately about any changeof postal address/phone/fax number/e-mail address through a separate letter to avoidany inconvenience.
