Hello! TONY CHAU Photography Images - Lala Studio

Tony was born in Hong Kong and moved to England with his family when he was nine years old. His
brother Danny introduced him to photography at the age of thirteen. After secondary school he went
to Art College where he studied photography for a total of five years. After his studies he immediately
started work with one of the top fashion photographers in London.
After one year spent as an assistant Tony set up as a freelance photographer. He shot fashion for ten
years before changing to advertising. During his career thus far he has worked on assignments for top
brands and magazines such as Marie Claire, Elle, American Express, Vodafone, Visa, Sony, HSBC, Marks
&Spencers etc. He has also worked with top agencies such as Leo Burnett, Saachi&Saachi, JWT &
Lowe to name but a few.
Over the course of his career Tony has travelled to every continent in line with his work, and has shot
in most of the major cities of the world including, Barcelona, New York, L.A, Chicago, Miami, Cape
Town, Mumbai, Rio de Janeiro, Shanghai, Rome and Sydney. Nowadays Tony finds himself happily
dividing his time between London and Hong Kong.
