Our range, includingseveral industry milestones, isable to provide innovative toolsand solutions for the mostdemanding speakermanufacturers.MAGNETICCIRCUITS DESIGNSRCF R&D set out to develop magnetic circuits capable of deliveringthe highest, balanced level of performance in three specificareas; maintenance of a consistent, high integrity magnetic flux,distortion lowering design techniques and efficient integrationof the magnetic circuit design within the overall design of theloudspeaker cooling system. Our transducers features a fullyoptimized magnetic circuit highlighted by a flux maximizingdesign and a rear plate that provides the lightest possibleweight and highest flux efficiency. The design is optimized togenerate the minimum amount of flux modulation in the magneticassembly during typical voice coil movement within the gap.18
DUALSILICON SPIDERSRCF original dual silicone sealed spider design offers manyadvantages:- the two spiders offers double resistance to fatigue;- the silicon between the cloth layers, being a very high memorymaterial, provides the best shape stability to the spiders;- the system, being sealed, functions as an air pump expellinghot air and drawing in cool air every time the cone assemblymoves.RCF dual silicon sealed spider design provides to our transducerscooler operating conditions and optimised power compression.PROGRESSIVE SPACEDDEMODULATION RINGSOur top level low frequency transducers feature RCF uniquespaced gap demodulation technology designed to dramaticallylower distortion artifacts within the loudspeaker s operatingfrequency band. This technology assists in progressively brakingthe voice coil as it reaches its maximum excursion point. Thisbraking effect provides a much quieter, smoother transition forthe moving mass as it reaches its maximum excursion limits.19
