All types of machined prototyping can be provided in house, with use of our first ratemetal fabrication workshop. We can also produce high quality printed circuit boards, creating tailoredsolutions to meet the clients’ exact requirements.Quality ControlWith current ISO 9000/9001 and 2001 accreditation for quality management, we are currentlyworking towards TS 16949, to assure manufacturing is to global automotive industry standards. Weare devoted to accomplishing high standards through tried and tested methods that ensure repeatableresults from the outset through to assembly. All of our products, whether produced in house orsourced externally, go through vigorous quality assurance checks before they are released to marketto ensure they are all in good working order.Product TestingConstant in depth testing guarantees that cost and time are monitored and kept at a minimumthroughout the development stages, enabling us to produce better-engineered solutions. We also haveworked alongside third parties during testing, such as Mira and SGS when testing highly advancedproducts, ensuring innovative design and simulations techniques are applied to their greatestpotential.Marketing SupportWe work alongside our customers to ensure that the key features and benefits of potential projectsare highlighted in order to target their desired market. We can offer marketing support to clients ifnecessary, utilising the resources of our marketing and design department who produce all of ArmourAutomotive’s promotional material in house.Prototyping and Sample InstallationPhysical prototypes of bespoke product requirements can be created allowing the client to assessproduction objectives, finish and overall functionality.
