plans to fly to Montreal for the Age Group Championships then book the return trip forthe afternoon of the 23 rd ; otherwise Swim Ontario will plan for ground transportation forthe return to Ontario.Flight & Luggage Requirements to the Canada Games:Canada Games participants will need to exercise prudence when packing for the Gamesto adhere to luggage weight guidelines. Travel to and from the games will be a charter byWestJet. The exact flight times will be made available once Swim Ontario receives thatinformation.2009 Canada Games – Swimming Tickets:Venue seating will be limited to 400 spectators – in total; swimming tickets will bedistributed in the following manner. The Host's primary objective is for parents to be ableto see their children compete.1. There will be no general public sale.2. All swimming tickets will be allocated to provincial/territorial missions (that haveentered swimming) on an equal basis.3. There will be a closed circuit/webcast ‘telecast’ in the adjoining rink.4. It is expected that provincial/territorial contingents will be able to distribute andmanage the tickets so that:a. Parents can be in the pool venue when their athlete is competingb.
