PRESS RELEASENew tractors from KubotaThe Japanese company with 120 years of tradition and an annualproduction of approximately 150,000 four-wheel tractors per yearintroduces five new tractors in autumn 2012.The important class from 60 to 74 kW (80 to 100 PS) is represented bythe new M60 series with the M8560 and M9960. Compared to previousmodels, these machines feature the latest engine technology to meet therequirements of emission regulation stage IIIB through the use ofCommon Rail System, Exhaust Gas Recirculation, Oxidation Catalystand Diesel Particulates Filter. The intelligent engine control allowsadditional functions such as speed management for constant PTO speedand a speed reduction of 20 % at transport speed. These measures canconsiderably lower the noise level and the fuel consumption. In additionthe new models offer optimized controls for easy shifting of the gear andan overall improved ergonomics in the clearly arranged cab.There are even bigger changes at Kubota in the class above 74 kW (100PS). The three new models, M110 GX 89 kW (116 PS), M135 GX andM135GXS each with 103 kW (140 PS) also meet the requirements ofemission regulation stage IIIB in this class. The electronically controlledengines with 3800 cc and 6100 cc engine are offering high torque withlow fuel consumption and double speed memory as well as speed

management. The transmissions have even the basic facilities 8 powershift speeds into three groups and adjustable automatic functions.
