This is time consuming, generatesconsiderable waste material and often results ina compromise alignment because the exact shimthickness required is not readily available.PERMABLOC ® precut shims have been widely usedin industry for more than 20 years. They eliminatethe time consuming search for material, andbespoke cutting to size. Shims are available in 5machine foot sizes with 8 thicknesses in each sizerange which meets most shim correction requirementswhilst using a maximum of just three shimsper machine foot.Shims are available in individual packs of 20 piecesper thickness or better still are supplied as shimkits packed in a rugged case to facilitate accessand transportation to site.
