pricing
All prices shown are list prices in GBP and may be subject to a discount. Prices
are based on stock availability and carriage charges and VAT are additional
to the prices shown. Goods will be charged at rates in force on the date of
despatch. We reserve the right to change our prices within the catalogue or on
quotations at any time without prior notice.
delivery
Delivery charges will be based upon the size and weight of packed goods and
the geographical location of the delivery address. Generally, delivery to the
UK mainland is charged at the rates below with the exception of inner London,
deliveries to Ireland, scotland and its islands. Overseas will be priced separately.

losses or damages
shortages or damages should be reported to Valve Center in writing within 5
working days of the receipt of goods or in the case of losses, the delivery date
detailed on the Valve Center order acknowledgement.

cancellations or returns
If you wish to cancel any order, please contact the office immediately. Orders
will be acted upon as quickly as possible and we reserve the right to charge
a cancellation fee should work already be carried out. In the event of a
return, written confirmation must be obtained from Valve Center prior to
returning any goods. Goods must be returned at the customers expense and a
restocking fee will be applied by Valve Center. Valve Center will not credit or
refund orders if delivery of goods are refused or goods are returned without
prior confirmation.
payment
Valve Center standard payment terms for account holders are 30 days nett
payment from the end of the month. In order to open an account, please
contact the office.
Payment can also be made by credit / debit card.
