Thekickoff night earlier this month brought 200people including a vendor of the company,who flew up from San Diego with his son.“It’s all about the kids, it keeps theirspirits up and gives them something tobelieve in,” said Ted Ahart, an equipmentoperator with El Dorado Disposal, whowas putting together a little pink bike.The assembled bikes will go to variouscommunity charities including theSalvation Army, the Marine Corps “Toysfor Tots,” and the Boys and Girls Clubs inthe local area, which is El Dorado andSacramento.
