Accessibility/PoliciesAccommodations for Patronswith DisabilitiesThe Mondavi Center is proud to be a state-ofthe-artpublic facility that meets or exceeds allstate and federal ADA requirements and is fullyaccessible to patrons with disabilities.Patrons with disabilities or special seatingneeds should notify the Mondavi Center TicketOffice of those needs at the time of ticketpurchase. The Mondavi Center may not be ableto accommodate special needs brought to ourattention at the performance.Seating spaces for wheelchair users and theircompanions are located at all levels and pricesfor all performances. Ushers are available at thedoors to Jackson Hall and the Vanderhoef StudioTheatre. Please explain to the usher how best toassist you, if needed.Listening Enhancement DevicesInfrared Listening Devices are installed in bothJackson Hall and the Vanderhoef Studio Theatre.Receivers that can be used with or withouthearing aids are available for patrons who havedifficulty understanding the dialogue or songlyrics. They may be checked out at no chargefrom the Patron Services Desk near the lobbyelevators. The Mondavi Center requires an IDto be held at the Patron Services Desk until thedevice is returned.Requests for sign language interpreting,real-time captioning, Braille programs, andother reasonable accommodations shouldbe made with at least two weeks notice.The Mondavi Center may not be able toaccommodate last-minute requests. Requestsfor these accommodations may be made whenpurchasing tickets at 530.754.2787 or TDD530.754.5402.RestroomsAll public restrooms are equipped withaccessible sinks, stalls, baby-changing stations,and amenities. There are six public restroomsin the building: two on the Orchestra level, twoon the Orchestra Terrace level, and two on theGrand Tier level.Service AnimalsMondavi Center welcomes working serviceanimals that are necessary to assist patronswith disabilities. Service animals must remainon a leash or harness at all times. Pleasecontact the Mondavi Center Ticket Office if youintend to bring a service animal to an event sothat appropriate seating can be reserved foryou.ParkingYou may purchase parking passes forindividual Mondavi Center events for $6 perevent at the parking lot or with your ticketorder. Rates are subject to change. Parkingpasses that have been lost or stolen will not bereplaced.Privacy PolicyThe Mondavi Center collects information frompatrons solely for the purpose of gainingnecessary information to conduct business andserve our patrons efficiently.
