Alwaysrefer to single diverter side as gauge.Increase/loosen U-bolts and pivot theblade (single diverter side) upward.2<strong>Spreader</strong>DiverterSingle SideDual SideDecrease (center filling)/loosen boltsand rotate diverter clockwise.Decrease (center filling)/loosen boltsand rotate diverters clockwise to directflow in line with grain stream.Increase (center filling)/loosen bolt androtate diverter counterclockwise.Increase (center filling)/loosen bolt androtate diverters counterclockwise todirect flow across grain stream.3 Blade Extension Tilt4 Damper OpeningIncrease/loosen bolt and pivot theextension upward to maximumallowance in slotted hole.Decrease (center filling)/loosenbolts and pivot dampers to nearlyclosed position.Remove blade extension.Increase (center filling)/loosen boltsand pivot dampers to almost fullyopen position.1. Rotation is always viewed from top of the unit looking down on to the blade.2. Be sure to fully tighten all bolts after each adjustment is made.3. These adjustments describe the requirements for both extremes of bin sizes.
