For positions held in the last 10 years, when describing theseactivities, the person should specify his or her delegated powers, internal decision-makingpowers and the areas of operations under his or her control, including the number of employees.If the curriculum vitae includes honorary activities, including management bodyrepresentation, this should be stated;d. documentation relating to person’s reputation and experience (e.g. list of reference personsincluding contact information, letters of recommendation);16As specified in Article 26 CRR.17As specified in Article 51 CRR.18As specified in Article 62 CRR.19ESMA/2013/1940.18
