Human Resources Operations Maintenance includes consistent implementation <strong>and</strong> management<strong>of</strong> high quality human resource policies <strong>and</strong> practices on a day-to-day basis.i. Manage relationship with, <strong>and</strong> serve as primary liaison to, contracted Human Resourcevendorii. Provide project management <strong>and</strong> staffing for HR projectsiii. Complete payroll data submissions twice monthly to HR vendoriv. Manage 401K <strong>and</strong> pension programsb. Human Capital Management: Supports a culture <strong>of</strong> collaboration that aligns with the values <strong>of</strong> theorganization.i. Assist <strong>and</strong> support recruitment process for new staff.ii. Work with HR vendor <strong>and</strong> CAPH <strong>and</strong> SNI staff to ensure underst<strong>and</strong>ing <strong>and</strong> compliancewith key HR policies.iii. Assist employees in addressing daily work challenges.iv. Develop <strong>and</strong> manage employee recognition strategies.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS, AND ATTRIBUTES• Demonstrated commitment to <strong>and</strong> practice <strong>of</strong> CAPH <strong>and</strong> SNI values.• Service oriented <strong>and</strong> always pr<strong>of</strong>essional.• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.• Resourceful, motivated <strong>and</strong> committed.• Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple priorities, problem solve, <strong>and</strong> meet deadlines withminimal supervision.• Ability to interact pr<strong>of</strong>essionally <strong>and</strong> courteously with staff, members, external contacts <strong>and</strong> vendors.• Excellent interpersonal skills <strong>and</strong> ability to work collaboratively in a small, hardworking <strong>of</strong>ficeenvironment.• Excellent leadership <strong>and</strong> management skills with experience in financial planning <strong>and</strong> financialpolicies for organizations <strong>of</strong> similar size <strong>and</strong> complexity.• Ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels.• Sufficient IT experience to proactively identify <strong>and</strong> recommend appropriate systems.• Excellent computer skills including pr<strong>of</strong>iciency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, <strong>and</strong> financialaccounting s<strong>of</strong>tware/systems.• Bachelor degree required. Degree in accounting highly desirable; courses in finance <strong>and</strong>/oraccounting a must. MBA <strong>and</strong>/or CPA a plus.• Due to the organizations’ strong partnership with an outsourced HR provider, experience with humanresources management is a plus but not required.• Minimum <strong>of</strong> five (5) years senior-level finance <strong>and</strong> administrative implementation experience.• Experience working in 501(c)(3) <strong>and</strong>/or 501(c)(6) organizations or other entities with similar budget<strong>and</strong> complexity desirable.As part <strong>of</strong> the screening process, CAPH <strong>and</strong> SNI will be conducting thorough reference checks,background checks, <strong>and</strong> credit checks.3
