Mission Hospice & Home Care is a charitable, nonprofit organization that provides quality professional care and compassionate support for patients and their families, with a special focus on end-of-life care. We serve San Mateo County and surrounding communities, and we seek to educate the public about the important role of hospice and home care. Mission Hospice & Home Care was founded more than 32 years ago and is a local, independent organization structured to meet patients' unique needs.
