Ability to Provide a High Quality Guiding Service to the Public<br />

1. Describe your business practices including: proposed client rates; payment options;<br />

promotional strategies or efforts; reservation, cancellation <strong>and</strong> refund policies; <strong>and</strong><br />

acknowledgement of risk forms. Submit your current advertisement leaflets, client<br />

price lists, hunter contract forms, or other literature that reflects your business<br />

practices.<br />

2. Describe provisions for h<strong>and</strong>icapped clients.<br />

3. Describe educational <strong>and</strong>/or interpretive services or programs provided to clients.<br />

4. Describe drinking water supplies <strong>and</strong> method of treatment if appropriate.<br />

5. Describe your knowledge, abilities, <strong>and</strong> experience in caring for meat, capes, <strong>and</strong><br />

hides from big game. List the number of years <strong>and</strong> estimated number of animals of<br />

each species that you <strong>and</strong>/or your employees have taken care of (e.g., field dressed,<br />

skinned, caped, boned, butchered, etc.). Also, document any training that you or your<br />

employees have received in care of meat or trophies (e.g., taxidermy, meat cutting,<br />

etc.).<br />

6. Describe your plan, methods, provisions, <strong>and</strong> facilities to salvage, care for, <strong>and</strong><br />

provide opportunity for utilization of meat from harvested animals.<br />
