RU2 394 566 C15101520253035404550Цель изобретения - повышение эффективности терапии хронических фарингитовпутем применения способа лечения, позволяющего стимулировать местнуюпротивовирусную защиту и подавлять вегетирование нерезидентной микрофлоры наслизистой оболочке глотки.Данная цель достигается тем, что на протяжении 3-4 недель назначают ежедневнодвукратно интраназально капельно 0,375% раствор лазолвана (амброксолагидрохлорида) в 0,5% растворе новокаина в объеме 1,0 мл в каждый носовой ход втечение 5 минут. Используемый при реализации заявляемого способа лечения растворлекарственных препаратов изготовляют непосредственно перед его применением,смешивая в одном флаконе официнальные 1% ампульный раствор новокаина и 0,75%ампульный раствор лазолвана (амброксола гидрохлорида) в равных объемах (1 млраствора содержит 5 мг новокаина и 3,75 мг лазолвана).Новокаин, попадая на слизистую оболочку носоглотки, частично всасывается,оказывая слабое местное анестезирующее действие, и относительно быстрогидролизуется, распадаясь на пара-аминобензойную кислоту и диэтиламиноэтанол,который обладает только сосудорасширяющим действием [6]. Пара-аминобензойнаякислота (витамин В 1 0 ) представляет собой «фактор роста» для представителейсимбионтной микрофлоры [7]. А стимуляция роста симбионтной микрофлорысопровождается подавлением вегетирования нерезидентных микроорганизмов [8].Кроме того, пара-аминобензойная кислота - эффективый индуктор интерферона [9],способна оказывать нормализующее воздействие на обмен в соединительной ткани иоптимизировать усвоение организмом человека других витаминов группы В.Новокаин, как предшественник пара-аминобензойной кислоты, в организме человекатакже проявляет свойства индуктора интерферона [10].Кроме того, фармакологические эффекты новокаина удачно дополняютсяпроявлениями физиологической активности лазолвана (амброксола гидрохлорида),патогенетически значимыми при хронических фарингитах. Так, амброксолагидрохлорид стимулирует синтез ферментов, расщепляющих связи между молекуламимукополисахаридов мокроты, уменьшая ее вязкость и адгезивные свойства [11],усиливает местный иммунитет, активируя тканевые макрофаги и повышая уровеньсекреторного IgA [12], подавляет продукцию медиаторов воспаления [13], проявляетпротивоотечное и противовоспалительное действие [14], подавляет неферментативноеокисление путем ингибирования образования супероксидного анион-радикала идекомпозиции молекул оксида азота [15].Все вышеперечисленное позволило предположить, авпоследующемиподтвердитьналичие противовирусной активности у используемой для реализации заявляемогоспособа лечения комбинации лекарственных препаратов (таблица 1). Как видно изтаблицы 1, в группе больных хроническими фарингитами из 47 пациентов носителямивирусов группы ОРВИ были 17 человек (36,2%), а после лечения заявляемым способомчисло случаев носительства среди пациентов сократилось до одного, чтосоставляет 2,1% от общего числа больных (Р
