The tournamentcommittee reserves the right to assign a handicap index to those without a current USGA GHINnumber and to adjust the handicaps of individuals accordingly to assure a fair and equitablecompetition. Latest handicap as of August 24, 2009 will be used.No refunds will be given for this event. Should you or a team member experience a hardship and beunable to participate, substitute golfers will be allowed. Please notify one of our Co-Chairs as soon aspossible to ensure that proper revision to team handicaps and names are made prior to the start of theevent.Nikkei Concerns and Golf Club at Newcastle will not be held responsible for loss of personal propertyand injury that may occur during this event.Registration with payment will be on a first-come basis. Deadline for early bird registration isAugust 6 and standard registration is August 14. Registration forms can also be accessedonline at nikkeiconcerns.org.
