The Membership Year shall be January 1 through December 31.b. The Presidents Club Membership Year shall be May 1through April 30.The reason for this change is because the President’s Club Membership year is from the fiscal period of 1 May through April30, and since one of the benefits of being a member of the President’s Club is a Family Membership, as it reads currently,these members could be unable to vote.Article VII – CommitteesStanding Committees4. The Facilities & Liaison Committees are, including butnot limited to:Financial OversightLiaisonFacilitiesThis replaces the term Homeb. The Facilities Committee, subject to the direction andcontrol of the E-Board, shall have responsibility for theoversight of the management and operation of the Clubfacilities.c. The Facilities Committee shall be comprised of a Chair-person, no more than four Advisory Council members and as many craftsperson’s as are required toperform the committees responsibilities and duties. These positionsshall be appointed by the President, subject to approvalof the E-Board.Major CommitteesFacilitiesThis replaces the term HomeWe will vote during the first January meeting ( Jan. 9 th ) providing we have a quorum.
